  • How long will repairs to my car take?

    The length of time to repair your car will largely depend on how much damage there is, and therefore how much work is required.

  • Will the parts to fix my car be available?

    Most parts are available in the country, and can be sourced within 3 to 4 days. However, occasionally we need to source parts from overseas, which could take between 3 to 4 weeks to arrive.

  • Will people be able to tell if a vehicle has been involved in an accident and repaired?

    No. We have only first class tradespeople and use only top quality parts and the finest quality paints. Our colour matching service will ensure the colour blends in with the rest of the panels.

  • Are you an approved repairer?

    Yes. We are an approved repairer for many major insurance companies, including Suncorp, AMP, Shannons, GIO, Just Car, AAMI, Vero, APIA and RepairLink.

  • What if I find a problem with my vehicle after it has been repaired?

    We have a strict quality repair process so you should not have to worry. However if you have any problems or concerns please contact us immediately and any issues will be dealt with.
